The New Urgent Care Facility for Kaweah Delta Health Care was put out to bid in the late winter/early spring on 2017 and Forcum/Mackey Construction was the successful low bidder at that time. The construction of the New Urgent Care was completed in 10 months and opened it doors to the public in April 2018 . This 6,284 square foot facility located in Northwest Visalia features 14 exam rooms, on-site radiology and lab services, a procedure room and patient in-take room. It is designed for Walk-in patients with non-life threatening medical problems and will eliminate about 60,000 patients a year from the already busy Emergency Room at Kaweah Delta Hospital. This is the second Urgent Care Center for Kaweah Delta Health Care District.
