About Us

A Family business for over 50 years

From concept to concrete

We aim to realize our clients’ goals as quickly and seamlessly as possible by constantly striving for excellence in all areas of our work. With decades-long relationships with many clients, our approach has been working for over 35 years. We build more than just buildings — we are developing working relationships that can endure the tests of time.

our mission

“The vision to see ahead and the creativity to make it come true!”

We help our clients envision the future they want to build — and then we use our creativity, ingenuity, and expertise to turn vision into reality.

Our Beliefs

Just like any building project, our mission is supported by a firm foundation of core beliefs that anchor everything we do.

We deliver value for our clients through innovation. We draw on our team’s extensive experience and creative approach to problem-solving to save our clients time, money, and headaches.

We believe the most successful projects are the result of collaboration. Architecture, construction, engineering, estimating and scheduling — our teams’ experience spans the entire gamut of the construction process. Our team works together with clients to deliver superior results, quickly and efficiently.

We offer a wide range of services — and support a large assortment of commercial markets. In each case, our team is flexible and adaptable — in order to best serve the unique needs of our individual clients.

Clients first

Our clients are our highest priority, so we take a personal approach to our work to ensure that each project is completed successfully. We build more than just buildings. Forcum/Mackey builds enduring relationships with our clients — many of which have lasted for several decades.

  • “F/M has been instrumental in the planning and construction of facilities for Lindsay Unified School District. Working with F/M from the beginning of a project in a lease/leaseback setting has been beneficial for the District.  This  allows F/M to give input during value engineering which has contributed to meeting our projects on budget.  F/M has helped plan and construct over $100 million in facilities spending with      Lindsay Unified School District.”

Merced Doria Director of Facilities - Lindsay Unified School District
  • “If all contractors put as much effort into working with the project owners as Forcum/Mackey does the face of the construction industry would be quite different than it is now.”

Owen Fish Diector of facilities Development - Porterville Unified School District
  • “There partnering philosophy, along with ours, has proven over and over again to have great success in all of our projects they have worked on.  Forcum/Mackey  Construction, Inc. pride themselves as problem solvers, not problem makers.  How refreshing it is to have them as team players.”   Michael Tellian, AIA Mangini Associates President

  • “Forcum/Mackey has exhibited an excellent ability to work with complex projects within the school environment. Their Focus is on team work, creating solutions, and meeting the owner’s needs. They have always been fair with the owner, architect and sub-contractors.”

    Robert Thornton Partner/Architect- Teter Partnership
  • “...I have found Forcum/Mackey to be willing to work with me to solve difficult issues that develop in large scale projects.”

Raffi Soghomonian Director of Facilities/Transportation- Cutler Orosi Joint Unified School District
  • Forcum/Mackey Construction was on top of the project from the beginning and worked very hard at keeping the sub-contractors on time to complete the roofing project in a very short time. They went out of their way to make sure the District was happy with the outcome of the project and always kept us up-to-date on any concerns or changes and provided suggestions and solutions to make sure we stayed on target. Forcum/Mackey Construction Job superintendents were great to deal with and went out of their way to meet the needs of their clients and it showed. They are a true "Team Player" and will do whatever is needed to keep their client happy and satisfied with the outcome. They hold true to their promised and their integrity is evident in dealing with everyone.
